A program to dither true-colour images to CGA palettes, provisionally titled CGA Dither until a better name is thought up. Because otherwise the code can only be used as example code in GFDL-licensed documentation, and not in actual programs (see this Wikipedia article), this has been released under the GPL, version 3.
